Properties：It is a white to off-white crystalline powder. Melting point:123 ~ 131℃, easily soluble in water, ethanol, propylene glycol, ethyl acetate, slightly soluble in oil, hard to dissolve in chloroform, acetone, etc.

Uses：Bronopol is a low toxicity, high efficiency, broad spectrum of industrial fungicide. It can be used to prevent bacteria and algae in papermaking, industrial circulating cooling water, metal processing lubricants, pulp, wood, paint and plywood growth and reproduction. Bronopol also can be used as mud control agent, as well as Bronopol widely used in paper mill pulp and circulating cooling water system.
